Founder of the Elite Academy
Prof. Rachid Hadjamou
Throughout the past forty years, Prof.Rachid has held various academic positions after his postgraduate studies in the early 80’s (MSc, CAGS and DScD) at the Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry, Boston University, MASS, USA. He is the founder and CEO of the Elite Academy.
Prof. Rachid has held leadership positions in the UAE, Kuwait, and Algeria where he was the founder of various colleges, academic programs, and continuing education. He established the first e-School of Health and Environmental Sciences in 2007 at the e – TQM College which is now known as Hamdan Bin Mohamed Smart University with Master of Science Degrees and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Health and Environmental Sciences. The establishment of the e-School of Health and Environmental Sciences has led to the change of the status of the e – TQM College to the Hamdan Bin Mohamed e – University, known today as Hamdan Bin Mohamed Smart University. He has also held the position of Senior Advisor to the Vice Chancellor along with the Dean of the e – School of Health and Environmental Studies. The overall roles and responsibilities, as Senior Advisor, included establishing the University’s Institutional Intelligence (institutional research function) office and managing its various operations, developing the University’s Council charter, overseeing the process for the application/nomination, evaluation and assessment of applicants to the various Chancellors’ Awards on excellence in teaching and learning, research and community engagement, he was also responsible for establishing the e-School of Health and Environmental Studies at the e-TQM College, including the school vision, mission, objectives, strategic directions and portfolio of offerings and many more.
Prof. Rachid has several publications in both pubmed and scopus indexed journals to his credit.
