On September 13, 2023, Gulf Medical University hosted its White Coat Ceremony, which was a monumental occasion defined by a strong feeling of commitment and dedication. The students of the 1st-year Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Economics (BSc.HME) Program were led by Turki Sultan Faisal Ali Alremeithi and Shivakshi Jayakumar, who embodied the spirit of determination and perseverance that this program upholds.
In his speech welcoming them to the university, the Chancellor, Prof. Hossam Hamdy emphasized the value of commitment to the freshmen’s chosen career path in healthcare administration. He spoke passionately on the weighty obligations that come along with donning the white coat and working in the medical industry.
