Thumbay College of Management and AI in Healthcare, Gulf Medical University, Ajman (UAE) in collaboration with International Institute of Management Studies, Pune (INDIA) concluded an international conference “VISHLESHAN 2K22”. The conference theme “Sustainable Development: A Roadmap to an Equitable Planet” was inspired by UN Sustainability goals. The conference is supported by academic partners Emerald India/EmeraldPublishing, Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University, Lincoln University College, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
Almost 120 shortlisted participants presented their articles under the four tracks for Human Resource Practices, Marketing Practices, Sustainable Development and IT, and Operations and SCM. A two day event included an interactive session with editors and concluded with a workshop on ‘Pride of Being Management Scholars’.
