The white coat ceremony is a ritual proudly followed by the Gulf Medical University, Ajman. During the ceremony, a white coat is donned by each student and the Hippocratic Oath is recited, signifying their entrance into the medical profession.
The white coat ceremony for DMD students was conferred on 12th September 2019 in the gracious presence of Dr. Thumbay Moideen, Honorable President of Thumbay Group, the board members of Gulf Medical University, respected Chancellor Prof. Hossam Hamdy, respected Vice Provost Prof. Manda Venkataramana and respected Dean of College of Dentistry Prof. Hesham Marei. Ms. Noora Naser Khamis and Mr. Mohamed Talal Abdulla received the white coat on stage from Honorable President Dr Thumbay Moideen on behalf of the DMD students. It was a joyous event for students and parents!
