The MDS Periodontics Program at the College of Dentistry, GMU organized a comprehensive lecture and hands-on training session showcasing the BioHorizons Dental Implant system on the 22nd of February 2024 for postgraduate dental students. The session was conjointly facilitated by Dr. Ranim Anjari, Sales Manager, Prolink, Prof. Hesham Marei, Dean, CoD, Dr. Bhavna Jha, MDS Periodontics Program Director, and faculty of the MDS Periodontics Program.
The students were provided a unique opportunity to engage directly with the BioHorizons Dental Implant system by practicing placement techniques on models. This practical component enriched their understanding and skill set, aligning with the program’s commitment to developing clinical proficiency.
The event was supported by Prolink, highlighting the collaborative efforts aimed at enhancing student learning and clinical training.
