A guest lecture on ‘Treatment Planning of Implants in Aesthetic Zone’ was delivered by Dr. Nael Akram Eid, Consultant Prosthodontic, Dubai Police Health Center, UAE for dental interns and MDS Periodontics and Endodontics postgraduates on the 6th of December 2022. The interactive lecture focused on the clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment planning of implant cases. The session also emphasized on the importance of ‘Prothetically driven Implantology’ and the various challenges faced while placing implants in the esthetic zone. Lastly, different treatment modalities to address these challenges were discussed.
