College of Dentistry, GMU proudly celebrates the remarkable achievements of its alumni, Dr. Samer Alhakim, Dr. Roghith Kannan, and Dr. Marwah Abdullah, for receiving prestigious awards at the GMU Alumni Summit 2024-2025 held at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai on the 19th of January 2025.
Dr. Samer Alhakim was honoured with the Distinguished Alumni Award for his outstanding leadership in the field of dentistry, while Dr. Roghith Kannan received the Distinguished Alumni Award in the research category. Dr. Marwah Abdullah was recognized for her exceptional commitment to community service. Additionally, Dr. Dino Omar Barakat was invited as a distinguished panelist at the summit. They were felicitated by respected Dr. Thumbay Moideen, Founder President of the Thumbay Group, Prof.Hossam Hamdy, Chancellor, GMU, Ms. Nousheen Salma, Secretary General, GMU Alumni Office, and Dr.Omar Nabi, President, Alumni Association Board, GMU.
