As a part of Faculty Development Seminar organized by College of Dentistry on 01 October 2018, Prof. Mohamed Mohamed Nassar, professor of Periodontic and implant therapy, Egypt presented a seminar on “Recent Trends in Periodontics”. Prof. Nassar has served as Vice President and as Dean of dental faculty in Tanta University. He discussed regarding lasers, stem cells, gene therapy and nanotechnology which was hugely beneficial for both students and faculty. Prof. Mohamed Said Hamed, respected dean of COD presented a memento to the speaker.
