Dr. Walid Elsayed, Associate Dean of Academics, College of Dentistry, and Dr. Sara Osman, Program Review and Accreditation Manager, Quality Assurance & Institutional Effectiveness, GMU conducted a workshop titled ‘Benchmarking – What, Why and How, So what? on the 10th of November 2022. Dr. Walid and Dr. Sara shared their valuable information and knowledge about best practices of benchmarking and provided the participants with a detailed step-by-step process for implementing benchmarking for higher education which they were exposed to at the workshop organized by the Center for Learning Innovations and Customized Knowledge Solutions (CLICKS).
