Dr. Pooja Adtani, Head, Department of Basic Medical and Dental Sciences, CoD, GMU delivered a guest lecture at the ‘Indo-Chinese virtual conference on Oral Submucous Fibrosis, An insight into phytomedicinal therapy and its translational application’ on the 6th of March 2022. Her talk explained ‘A protocol for in-vitro oral submucosal fibrosis model for screening the biological activities of antifibrotic compounds’ emphasizing the need of alternative treatment modalities for potentially malignant disorders with high malignant transformation rate. The talk was well received by the audience.
