Dr. Jovita D’Souza, Program Director of the Dental Internship Program and Lecturer in Periodontics at the College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University (GMU), delivered an insightful lecture and facilitated a hands-on workshop titled “Local Anaesthesia for Dental Hygienists and Periodontal Management.” The session took place on January 26, 2025, in Dubai, UAE, and was organized by the Emirates Dental Hygienists Club under the Emirates Medical Association.
The workshop provided dental hygienists with the latest advancements in local anaesthesia techniques and periodontal management.
