Dr. Walid Elsayed, Associate Dean of Academics, College of Dentistry, delivered a career advising session for high school students and parents on the 4th of May 2023. The session aimed to increase awareness of attendees about the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program and showcase dentistry as a viable university pathway and long-term career option.
Dr. Elsayed provided comprehensive information on the program, such as admission requirements, curriculum, and potential career prospects. Attendees were encouraged to ask questions and address any doubts they had about the BDS program or the dental profession. The session had an excellent turnout, and participants appreciated the valuable insights shared.
