The Periodontics Faculty at the College of Dentistry and MDS Periodontics postgraduates made a significant mark by actively participating in the prestigious Middle East Laser Summit, held from September 21st to 23rd, 2023, in Dubai. This collaborative effort, in association with the Total Core Academy, showcased the latest advancements on the clinical applications of laser in implantology, bone regeneration, soft and hard tissue endodontics cosmetic dentistry.
Prof. Hesham Marei, Dean, College of Dentistry, and Dr. Jovita D’Souza, Lecturer and Specialist in Periodontics, served as expert moderators for lecture sessions presented by renowned speakers in the field. Their contributions included addressing key topics, offering strategic perspectives on the future of dental laser technology, and facilitating discussions that drove innovation and best practices in the field.
