The College of Dentistry conducted a Career Advising Session for the Diploma for Dental Assistant program learners titled “Preparing for Your Dental Assistant Interview: What You Need to Know” on the 18th of April 2025. The session was facilitated by Dr. Dhanya V K, General Dentist practitioner, Thumbay Dental Hospital, Ajman.
The session offered practical tips and expert guidance to help learners prepare effectively for job interviews in the dental assisting field. The interactive session covered key areas such as resume building, common interview questions, professional etiquette, and the skills most valued by employers in dental practice settings. They also had the opportunity to engage in a Q&A segment, where Dr. Dhanya addressed their specific concerns and shared insights from real-world hiring experiences.
