Prof. Hesham Marei, Dean, College of Dentistry, along with the faculty and postgraduate students of the MDS Periodontics Program, CoD actively participated at the 8th International Symposium of Complications in Implant Dentistry and the 3rd International Bone and Tissue Summit at the International Festival City Dubai from the 6th to the 8th of June 2024.
The conference comprised of lectures from eminent speakers from around the globe and hands-on workshops. The conference focused on an array of topics such as the management of peri-implant complications with soft tissue grafting, 3D alveolar ridge augmentation, and interdisciplinary strategies to enhance aesthetics and success in complex implant cases. Additionally, Prof. Hesham Marei moderated scientific sessions, providing a platform for active discussions between participants and speakers.
The event provided valuable insights and advanced techniques, enriching the knowledge and skills of the participants.
