College of Dentistry, GMU organized a CME webinar on ‘CBCT Applications in Endodontic Diagnosis’ on the 17th of March 2021. The webinar highlighted the benefits of CBCT as a valid tool in the detection of apical periodontitis, resorption, and guided endodontics. It also focused on the value of CBCT in presurgical assessment and assessment of root canal anatomy and identification of the limitations of CBCT in endodontic diagnosis. The webinar was delivered by Dr.Tarek Elsewify, Associate Professor of Endodontics, College of Dentistry.
