The Student Happiness Center at Thumbay College of Management and AI in Healthcare (TCMAIH) recently organized an insightful workshop on Effective Study Planning on February 26, 2025. The session was led by Ms. Barka Noor and Ms. Sabiha Mohammed from the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Economics program and facilitated by Dr. Lubna Abdel Jawad, who shared valuable academic success strategies with the attendees.

The primary objective of the workshop was to equip students with essential skills for efficient time management and structured study planning. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, participants explored methods to enhance their academic performance. Each student received a specially designed worksheet to help them craft personalized study plans, ensuring a practical application of the concepts discussed.

Dr. Lubna provided key insights into goal setting, prioritization, and overcoming academic challenges. She also highlighted the importance of balancing study schedules with adequate breaks, particularly emphasizing strategies for maintaining productivity and mental well-being during Ramadan.


The session witnessed active participation from students, who found the strategies beneficial in refining their approach to studies. Many attendees expressed appreciation, stating that the workshop helped them gain clarity and confidence in their academic journey.
