Despite the increase in the utilization of telemedicine worldwide, especially during the pandemic, its implementation in Malaysia’s healthcare industry remains scarce. A recent publication by Dr. Jagroop Singh (Thumbay College of Management and AI in Healthcare, Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE) along with Dr. Siti Wahab (Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA) and Dr. Nikram Subramaniam (Health Facility Planning Section, Planning Division, Ministry of Health, Malaysia) titled “Telemedicine Implementation Framework for Malaysia: An Integrated SWOT-MCDM Approach” shows the way forward. The article is published in the Health Policy and Technology journal, an ELSEVIER publication with a Scopus-Q1 (Citescore of 6.8) and ABDC–B Classified.
