Dr. Heba Mohamed Abdelaal
Dr. Heba is an Associate Professor of Operative Dentistry at Gulf Medical University, UAE since 2018. She graduated at Ain Shams University in 2003 with an excellent honor degree, and then received her master’s degree in Restorative dentistry at 2011 and Doctoral Degree in Operative dentistry at 2015 from Ain Shams University, Egypt.
Dr. Heba has more than 15 years’ experience in teaching Operative Dentistry with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education sector. Before coming to the UAE, she has been teaching Operative Dentistry ever since her graduation at Faculty of Dentistry, Ain Shams University, Egypt, providing teaching, clinical training and examination in restorative dentistry. Before joining GMU, Dr. Heba last position was Adjunct assistant professor of Operative Dentistry at University of Sharjah, UAE.
Dr. Heba has actively contributed with presentations, workshops and courses in Restorative Dentistry at several events in Egypt and UAE. She has many publications and her research focus is on Restorative, Adhesive and Preventive Dentistry. She is licensed as specialist restorative dentistry from DHA then MOH. She worked as specialist restorative dentist in both governmental and private sectors.
