Dr. Diaaeldin Saad Awad Farag
Dr. Diaaeldin Saad Awad is currently an Associate Professor of Fixed Prosthodontics, College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University, Ajman, UAE. He was graduated from Cairo University in 1997, and then received his Master (2007) and Doctoral (2012) Degrees in Fixed Prosthodontics from Suez Canal University, Egypt.Dr. Diaa has more than 20 years of academic and clinical experience in the teaching field at the level of under and postgraduate level.
He had been working in different Universities and Dental Colleges in Egypt (Suez Canal University1999-till now, MUST University2012-2016) and Saudi Arabia (Farabi College for Dentistry & Nursing in Riyadh 2016-2021). During his work in MUST University Dr. Diaa has beena course director of fixed prosthodontics in the MRD Program (Membership of the Royal College in Restorative Dentistry.In Alfarabi College, Dr. Diaa hold the position of Head of Skills development & Continuous Education Unit from 2018-2021,where he was responsible in organizing many workshops and scientific events.Moreover, Dr. Diaa hold the position of Program Director in Family Dentistry Program offered by Saudi Commission of Health Speciality SCHS in Saudia Arabia.
Dr. Diaa published many articles in National &International Journalsand his research focus on the Bonding of different adhesive materials, CAD/CAM and new ceramic materials. He is an active member in IADR and presented many oral and poster presentations in International Conferences inKSA, Spain, Brazil, &USA.
