In continuation to the series of faculty development programs organized by the Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness Committee of CoD, GMU. Prof. David Taylor delivered a session on ‘Interactive Teaching and Learning’ on the 26th of April 2022. The session highlighted the differences between self-directed learning using PBLs, directed self-learning using CBLs and TBLs and instructions in the form of lectures. Discussions about the main concepts in medical education such as entrustability, dissonance and building a cognitive schema were a part of faculty interactions.
