The Student Happiness Center at the College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University organized an insightful leadership program series for first-year dental students. The program featured three engaging sessions delivered by Dr. Nermin Kamal, NLP Master Practitioner, Lecturer, and Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, on the 30th of January, 6th and 13th of February 2025.
The first session, “Time Mastery: The Secrets of Successful Leadership,” provided students with strategies to enhance time management and productivity in their academic and professional lives. The second session, “Beyond Teamwork: Building High-Performing Teams,” emphasized the importance of collaboration and effective communication in dentistry. The final session, “Effective Decision Making: A Leader’s Guide,” equipped students with essential skills for making informed and confident decisions in challenging situations.
This initiative aimed to empower students with leadership skills early in their academic journey, helping them navigate their studies with confidence.
