The College of Dentistry, GMU celebrated the achievements of its outstanding students during the Student Award and Recognition Day held on the 18th of November 2024. The event honoured the exceptional contributions of Class Representatives for AY 2023-2024 and the academic excellence of GMU Honor Graduates.
The awards were presented by Prof. Hesham Marei, Dean, CoD and Prof. Walid Elsayed, Associate Dean Academics, CoD in a ceremony that recognized the dedication, leadership, and academic accomplishments of the students.
Honor Graduates included Mohamed Rabeea, Joudy Kamalah, Aisha Sani Ahmed, Lojaaina Walid Yehia Sayed, Fatema Sayed Fadhel Alalawi, Zakiya Azizi, and Ayesha Shahid.
Class Representatives recognized were Ali Ghobashy, Pantea Khanlou, Maamoun Samy Hassan, Soma Omar Ali, Salahuddin Ajjour, Ghina Ajjour, Muhammad S-Ali Khan, Mariam Kaplan, Saifeddin Samer Shalan, Fariya Neha, Abdullah Al-Waisi, Athraa Ali Alnasralla, Mohammed Qasem, Abdallah Z. M. Sadeq, Yasmin Barakat, and Lana Walid Almasoud.
The event concluded with heartfelt congratulations from faculty to all the awardees for their remarkable achievements.
