The Student Happiness Center at the College of Dentistry, GMU organized an insightful Career Advising Session on “Time Management Skills: Essential for Successful Leadership” on 30th of April 2024. The session was delivered by Dr. Nermin Kamal, NLP Master Practitioner, Lecturer and Specialist in Restorative Dentistry at the College of Dentistry, GMU.
During the session, the participants explored powerful prioritization techniques like the Eisenhower Matrix and learned to master schedules through careful planning and delegation. Dr. Nermin emphasized maintaining focus and cultivating success-oriented habits to minimize micromanagement within teams.
