College of Dentistry, GMU proudly celebrates the remarkable achievements of its alumni, Dr. Kabir Gyasudeen, Dr. Saud Ali, Dr. Lana Walid, Dr. Sherwit Dafrawi, and Dr. Simran Kaur for receiving prestigious awards at the GMU Alumni Summit 2023-2024 held at the Marriot Hotel, Al Jaddaf, Dubai on the 20th of January 2024.
Dr. Kabir Gyasudeen and Dr. Saud Ali were honoured with the Distinguished Alumni Award for their outstanding leadership in the field of dentistry, while Dr. Lana Walid and Dr. Sherwit Dafrawi received the Distinguished Alumni Award in the research category. Dr. Simran Kaur was recognized for her exceptional commitment to community service. They were felicitated by the respected Dr. Thumbay Moideen, Founder President of the Thumbay Group, Prof.Hossam Hamdy, Chancellor, GMU, and Ms. Nousheen Salma, Secretary General, GMU Alumni Office.
