As a part of the leadership program series, the College of Dentistry’s Quality Assurance and Program Effectiveness Committee (QA & PE) in collaboration with the Student Happiness Center, organized a workshop for dental students on the topic of ‘Referencing Excellence: Navigating Sources and Upholding Academic Integrity in Assignment Writing’ on the 19th of July 2023.
The primary objective of the workshop was to equip students with essential skills and strategies to effectively reference sources, avoid plagiarism, and maintain the highest standards of academic integrity in their assignment writing. The session was moderated by Dr. Heba Abdelal, Head of the Student Happiness Center, and facilitated by Dr. Sherif Aly Sadek, Head of the QA & PE committee, and Dr. Sabrin Ali Azim, Associate Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, CoD.
