In continuation to the leadership program series, Dr. Nermin Mahmoud, Master Practitioner Neurolinguistic Program, and Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, CoD, GMU delivered a session on “Decision-making Process as a Leadership Strategy” on the 15th March 2023 for students at leadership position at Gulf Medical University.
During the session, Dr. Mahmoud emphasized the critical role that effective decision-making plays in leadership and provided practical tips and strategies for making informed decisions. She also discussed the importance of considering multiple perspectives, gathering relevant data, evaluating risks and opportunities, and communicating decisions effectively.
