Dental students at College of Dentistry, GMU attended a fire safety training program, conducted by Mr. Shoaib, Health and Safety Officer, GMU on the 20th of February 2023 that was aimed to educate the students on fire safety and prevention measures.
The program provided an overview of fire safety, including the common causes of fires, fire prevention strategies, and the importance of having an evacuation plan in case of an emergency. The students were also taught about various types of fire extinguishers and how to use them. They were also given a demonstration on how to operate these devices safely and effectively.
