Dr. Shahistha Parveen Dasnadi
Dr. Shahistha Parveen at present is the Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at the RAK College of Dental Sciences, Ras Al Khaimah Medical and Health Sciences University. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Kuvempu University, India, and her Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Ph.D., Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Ethics (PGDCE), and Post Graduate Diploma in Bio Ethics and Medical Ethics (PGDBEME) from Yenepoya University, India. She is also a Diplomate of the Indian Board of Orthodontics.
Earlier in her career, she served in various positions as an Assistant Professor and Reader at the Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences, India, and Yenepoya Dental College, India.
Dr. Shahistha Parveen has 25 publications to her credit in both PubMed and Scopus-indexed national and international journals. She has also presented at various conferences. She has also received, the Most Proactive Jr. Academician of the Year 2020-21 (Orthodontics) by Guident and the Colgate Palmolive Research Award for Life Members in 2019.
