Dr. Nermin Mahmoud, master practitioner Neuro-Linguistic Program, USA delivered a lecture on ‘Decision Making’ as a part of the ‘Leadership Program’ on the 17th of May 2022 for dental students in leadership positions. The session was organized by the Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness Committee and the Student Happiness Center of CoD, GMU. The session emphasized on the need of quality emotional intelligence for effective decision making. It also provided an explanation on the techniques that facilitate value added care of patients through collaborative decision making.
