College of Dentistry, GMU in collaboration with Horizon Dental Lab and Biolink, UAE organized and conducted a ‘Veneer Hands-on Workshop’ for dental interns on the 28th & 29th of March 2022 to enrich their skills in the field of restorative and aesthetic dentistry. The workshop was divided into a lecture session and hands on practical session conducted in the phantom dental lab where the students were able to practice teeth preparation for veneer restoration under the skilled guidance of the faculty. The two-day workshop was led by Prof.Hossam Abdelatty, Program Director Dental Internship Program and Dr. Diaaeldin Saad, Associate Professor of Fixed Prosthodontics.
