The Quality Assurance & Institutional Effectiveness committee, CoD organized a faculty development session on “Practical Applications of Coaching and Mentorship” on the 1st of March 2022 delivered by Dr. Heba Mohamed, Director of Students Happiness Center, Mentorship and academic advising program director. The session highlighted the key skills required to become an effective mentor, the alignment of different mentorship styles with mentees needs, and how to effectively implement the GROW model in the mentoring process.
