Prof. Hossam Abdelmagyd, Professor and Associate Dean Clinical Affairs, Program Director for the MDS Periodontics and Dental Internship Program, College of Dentistry, GMU delivered a lecture titled ‘Reform of the Assessment System Within the Dental Curriculum: A Novel Initiative’ on the 1st of July 2021 at AEEDC DUBAI. The talk proposed a new initiative of considering formative assessment in the decision-making process, to ensure graduation of only competent students that will reflect positively on community safety. The talk was well received by the audience.
