College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University in collaboration with Medica, Total Aesthetic and Medical Solutions conducted a lecture and ‘Hands On Workshop on Vega Implants’ on the 20th October 2020.
The workshop was attended by postgraduate students pursuing Masters in Periodontics. The workshop highlighted the general overview about Klockner implant system, guide to surgical sequences and solutions for complex cases.
The hands-on session focused on placement of tapered Vega+ implants and establishing a comparison of the reaction, results, and stability of the implants. Prof. Hesham Marei, Dean, College of Dentistry, Prof. Hossam Abdelatty, Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs and Dr. Walid Elsayed, Associate Dean Academics actively participated in the workshop.
