An online webinar on Interprofessional care in Diabetes Mellitus was organized by the Gulf Medical University on the 5th of September 2020.
Various colleges of the university participated. Prof. Hossam Abdelmagyd, Associate Dean for Clinical affairs, represented the College of Dentistry and addressed the participants on the topic titled ‘Interprofessional: Diabetes & Dental Assessment’ highlighting the importance of oral care in diabetic patients.
