College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University, Ajman organized a workshop on ‘Dental Photography’ from 27th – 29th January 2020. The event was moderated by Dr. Ahmed Foul, a private dental practitioner with a passion for dental photography and Prof. Hesham Marei, Dean of College of Dentistry. On the first two-days, Dr. Ahmed Foul delivered topnotch lectures on dental photography introducing the basic sciences of photography and presented some of his cases that highlighted the importance of taking high quality photograph records for the patients. On the third day, an extended hands on workshop was conducted at the Thumbay Dental Hospital, as the dental students learned and practiced different techniques employed in photography on patient’s. The three-day workshop was well received by all the dental students and faculty.
