Faculty and students of the College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University, actively participated in the International Dental Conference & Arab Dental Exhibition (AEEDC), a leading dental event in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia region (MENASA) from the 4th – 6th February 2020.
Dental students (Anam Hussain, Kavleen Kohli, Lana Al Masoud, Safa Al Ani and Sundus Asim) participated in the ‘AEEDC students competition’ under the supervision of Prof.Hesham Marei, Dean of College of Dentistry, GMU. Moreover, Prof. Hesham Marei and Dr.Walid Shaaban were invited to be members in the panel that judges the posters in AEEDC conference. Dental faculty, Prof. Hossam Abdelatty, Dr.Bassem Mohamed, Dr.Ahmed Atef Shon and many others attended workshops on Advances in Implantology and Simulation in Dental Education.
