Dr. Zeina Mazloum

Dr. Zeina Mazloum is an academic leader and scholar with over 15 years of experience in education, student development, and business administration. Dr. Zeina earned her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Beirut Arab University, where her doctoral thesis focused on leadership and women’s aspirations in UAE international schools. She also holds an MBA from Skyline University College and a BA in TEFL from the Lebanese International University.
Dr. Zeina’s research interests include sustainability, smart cities, social well-being, and consumer behavior. Dr. Zeina has published in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as millennials’ attitudes toward luxury brands, the role of citizen involvement in sustainable cities, and the impact of wellness practices on social sustainability. Her current projects extend this work to explore training for sustainability skills in climate-aware workplaces and AI literacy in early childhood education.
Dr. Zeina is a dynamic trainer and mentor, having designed and delivered professional workshops on leadership, teamwork, differentiation, and productivity. Dr. Zeina also contributes to NEASC accreditation processes, supporting international standards in education and school improvement. Fluent in English and Arabic, with working proficiency in French and Spanish, she brings cultural sensitivity and global awareness to her academic and professional practice.
