Ms. Sivapriya, Lecturer of Physiotherapy, College of Health Sciences, was invited as a resource faculty in the field of Women’s Health Physical Therapy for STRIDE 21 an International Physiotherapy conference organized by Saveetha College of Physiotherapy, India where she delivered a talk on “ Current Recommendations to approach Low Tone Pelvic Floor Dysfunction” on December 10, 2021.
Ms.Sivapriya emphasized that the Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction is longer confined to or assessed only at the levator ani level but the broader perspectives like assessment of Hip Musculature, Gait, Posture and Coccyx Motion Palpation to be addressed.
