Department of Physiotherapy at GMU’s College of Health Sciences (CoHS) convened its Employer Liaison and Advisory Committee Meeting on February 20, 2025. This committee meeting brought together a diverse group of clinical and academic experts from local and global institutions, the alumni and current students.
Program Chair Dr. Ramprasad M. extended a warm welcome to all members, acknowledging their valuable contributions and expertise. He presented a comprehensive roadmap for the department’s future endeavors, inviting constructive feedback and suggestions from the committee.
Dr. Praveen Kumar, Dean of CoHS expressed his gratitude to the committee members for their instrumental role in driving significant improvements within the department. The members applauded the proposal for international accreditation of the Physiotherapy Program, recognizing its potential to enhance the program’s quality, recognition and graduate employability.
