College of Health Sciences, GMU, Ajman, UAE signed an agreement for strategic collaboration with Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Pune, India on 01 June 2023.

Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Pune, India considered as one of the premier institutes of Physiotherapy. It is recognized by the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) and the Maharashtra State Council of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy (MSCOTPT). The College offers graduate, post-graduate and PhD programs.

The signing of the MoU signifies a significant milestone in fostering educational and research collaboration between the two parties. This partnership aims to strengthen ties and facilitate knowledge exchange in the fields of education and research.

Dr. Tushar J Palekar, Dean, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences commented “I’m sure this research collaboration between the two Universities will be a precursor to many more collaborations, including student exchange and faculty interactions”.
