Physiotherapy ACP students Ms. Fatima, Ms. Wajiha, and Ms. Samiya of BPT from the physiotherapy department conducted various activities highlighting the characteristics of a learner with Down Syndrome, challenges faced while accessing education and the role of students and teachers in facilitating inclusive culture in a classroom through various activities on 21.04.2022 between 9.30 AM to 11.30 AM.
Dr. Srilatha and Dr. Sateesh faculty of Physiotherapy supervised the session. Praveen Kumar Dean, CoHS commented “Community engagement is a very crucial role to be played by all health care professionals which is imparted in GMU students in all programs”.
