Medical Imaging Department, GMU Conducts Faculty Develop Program Titled “Demonstration of DetectedX”

Department of Medical Imaging Sciences, College of Health Sciences (CoHS), hosted a faculty development session titled “Demonstration of DetectedX” on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. The session, conducted by Dr Moe Suleiman, Assistant Professor of Diagnostic Imaging, University of Sydney, Australia, aimed to provide with the knowledge and skill necessary to harness the potential of DetectedX in research, teaching and learning.

The Key Highlights:

  1. To introduce the faculty members and student with the features of DetectedX
  2. To demonstrate practical applications of DetectedX in research, teaching, and professional development.
  3. To foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among faculty members for integrating DetectedX into their academic pursuits.

Dr. Rawashdeh, Program Director, mentioned that the Medical Imaging Department is dedicated to providing high-quality medical education as well as participating in advanced research opportunities with local and international communities.

Praveen Kumar, Dean, College of Health Sciences commented: “It is very important that faculty learn from experts and apply the expert-shared information to all projects at CoHS, GMU.”
