Students and Faculty from the College of Health Sciences’ Medical Laboratory Sciences Program participated in the “Medlab Middle East 2024,” which took place in Dubai between February 5-8, 2024.
The LabQ Intercollege Quiz competition, was open to senior graduating college and university students specializing in Medical Laboratory Sciences in the United Arab Emirates, was held by Medlab Middle East conference on February 8, 2024. Blood transfusion, Molecular diagnostics/Genetics, Clinical Chemistry/Immunology, Hematology/Body fluids, and Laboratory management were the three levels of the quiz rounds.
Students representing four universities in UAE that provide programs in medical laboratory sciences competed against one another.
Mr. Mohamed Al Krdwch (2020ML34) and Ms. Rawand Hamad (2020ML05) participated in the completion representing the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences program at CoHS, Gulf Medical University.
