Dr. Meruna Bose, Assistant Professor, Department of Physiotherapy, presented a poster entitled “Awareness of Physiotherapy services during pregnancy amongst women in UAE: A Survey” on 4th June 2023 at World Physiotherapy Congress 2023. This research work was conducted by 2018 batch BPT students under her co-supervision. One of the project students, Ms. Aliya Kamil Qureshi who participated as volunteer in the conference, co-presented the work together with her. This work highlights the strong need of spreading awareness of physiotherapy services at various phases of pregnancy, thereby to improve maternal health.
