GMU MPT Student Presents her Research at 53rd Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health (APACPH) Conference

Ms. Athira Geroge (2018pt21) a graduate of BPT and currently a student of Master of Physical Therapy program (MPT), CoHS, GMU has presented her undergraduate research work in the “53rd Asia-Pacific Academic Consortium for Public Health (APACPH) Conference”, held on 21-23 September 2022 a Virtual Conference, Manila, Philippines.

Ms. Athira Geroge presented her research poster titled “EFFECT OF C5-C6 MOBILIZATION ON SHOULDER PAIN, ROM AND DISABILITY IN PATIENTS WITH ADHESIVE CAPSULITIS” that she conducted at GMU under the supervision of Dr. Watson Arulsingh D.R, Assistant Professor, Department of Physiotherapy, CoHS.

This event focused on the theme “Advancing the role of Higher Education Institution (HEIs) in attaining the self-related sustainable development goals (SDGs)”. The poster presentation focused on innovative approach to resolve shoulder dysfunction and serve humanity in a much better way.
