Ms. Areen Mohammad Alquam, a graduate of MPT program of CoHS, GMU, has presented her research at Emirates Physiotherapy Conference 2022 which took place on 15-16 October 2022 in Conrad Dubai.
Ms. Areen presented her research poster titled “Effectiveness of Patient Education Program about Trunk Control Exercises on Balance and Functional Mobility in Individuals with Post-stroke Hemiparesis: A Randomized Controlled Trial” which was her Masters graduation Thesis.
The research was carried by Ms. Areen under the supervision of Dr. Praveen Kumar Kandakurthi, Dr. Sukumar Shanmugam and Dr. Meruna Bose from College of Health Sciences, Gulf Medical University.
