On 15th and 16th October 2022, the Emirates Physiotherapy Society organized an 8th Biennial Emirates Physiotherapy conference held in Conrad hotel Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The conference theme explored the updates in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy and its clinical applications in practical setups. Speakers from the UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Denmark & Jordan have delivered keynote lectures on various musculoskeletal topics.
Department of Physiotherapy faculties Dr. Praveen Kumar, Dr. Ramprasad M, Dr. Sampath Kumar, Dr. Animesh Hazari & Dr. Srilatha Girish along with students, preceptors, alumni and students actively participated in the conference event.
Dr. Praveen Kumar & Dr. Sampath Kumar have moderated the keynote sessions on lower quadrant and exercise sessions of the conference.
Dr. Animesh Hazari, Dr. Ramprasad M & Ms. Shabina Qureshi MPT alumni presented the platform presentations.
Ms. Sarah, Ms. Sumaiya, Ms. Fatima, Ms. Wajiha & Ms. Areen alumni presented their research as a poster presentation at the conference which was well appreciated by the delegates and international fraternity.
