The Department of Medical Imaging Sciences, College of Health Sciences, attended the Annual Radiology Meeting (ARM) Conference held in Dubai from 25th to 27th October 2022. Several international speakers delivered presentations on various topics at the conference.
Medical Imaging Sciences faculties Dr. Mohammad Rawashedeh, Dr. Mostafa, Mr. Albin, and students actively participated in the conference.
Dr. Mohammad Rawashdeh delivered a talk on “Performance of radiologists when interpreting breast screening mammography: A study from the Middle East.”

As part of the Virtual Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound Seminar, Dr. Mostafa Abdelrahman delivered a talk on “Ultrasound Elastography in the Assessment of Tendon Injury.”

Mr. Albin delivered a talk on “CT Dose optimization techniques for Dose Reduction to the lens in Routine Head CT.”

Ms. Sara Almazrouei (2022DMI01) a current of the MIS program student presented her research as a poster presentation at the conference and won the first prize in the poster presentation competition.


The talks and poster presentations delivered by the faculties and students were well appreciated by the organizers and the international fraternity.
