College of Health Sciences, GMU congratulates Dr. Animesh Hazari and Dr. Praveen Kumar for copyright registered with UAE Ministry of Economy on “Badminton Protocol for Cardiovascular and Neuromuscular functions in Older Adults with Non- communicable disease (HK- BWF). The protocol consists of specific physical activity interventions and guidelines to focus on cardiovascular and neuromuscular parameters. It can be used as an effective measure to control the national burden of non-communicable diseases. The highlight of the work is its applicability to female participants which makes it unique across the globe. The work has been admired by the Badminton World Federation and received international recognition.
